Les AuCoin, former US Congressman and author of Catch and Release: An Oregon Life in Politics, will be honored by his alma mater, Pacific University, by the dedication of an archive containing his letters, journals, tapes, and other objects spanning the course of his 24 year career. An endowed lecture series on human rights in his name will also be announced.
